Important Message!

Hotel reservation via ISWC2016 site is enabled with the conferecne registation or after the conference registration. No hotel resevation without the conference registration is allowed.

Please be aware that the price is per PERSON, NOT per ROOM.

"Twin (single use)" means the price when you want to use a twin room alone.
"Twin" means the price for each person when you would stay in a same twin room with other person. So "room price" is double of that for "Twin".

Note: Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made via email to convention2@west.jtb.jp up until October 5, 2016.
